Resthaven Care Community

CERTIFIED NURSES AIDE - 2nd shift 9 shifts bi-weekly

Location:  Resthaven Care Center
Responsibilities: Provide quality nursing care to residents in an environment that promotes their rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and individuality.

Position Requirements: Successful completion of an appropriate certificate Nurse Aide Training Program, and must maintain current certification according to Michigan and Federal regulations.

LPN or RN Charge Nurse, Full-Time 2nd Shift, 8 shifts per bi-weekly pay period

Location: Resthaven Care Center
Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing services in caring for residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Must possess current LPN or RN licensure in State of MI

Home Assistant with Resthaven At Home

On-Call/Flexible status with variable hours and scheduling.

Responsibilities: Provides and support to clients in the comfort of a client’s own home! Job duties may include assisting clients with household chores, cooking, grooming and personal care or transporting clients to appointments and special outings

Resident Assistant at Maple Woods

Various Part-Time positions available. Weekend rotation required.

Responsibilities: Provides care and support to residents in assisted living environment, assists with taking medication, bathing, grooming, and personal care.

Prep Cook at Maple Woods

Full-Time, 10:30 am – 7:00 pm, 10 shifts per bi-weekly pay period Weekend rotation required.

Responsibilities: Assists with meal preparation and food service to residents, sanitizes and organizes work area, sets up dining and kitchen areas, operates kitchen equipment, provides excellent customer service and ensures food safety regulations are followed. Prior employment experience as Prep Cook or Cook required.

TRAINEES FOR THE NURSE AIDE TRAINING PROGRAM

Trainees selected for the call must be available for three weeks during 1st shift hours.  Upon successful completion of the program the position will be at the Resthaven Care Center on the shift and unit that is available at that time.

Requirements: High School diploma or successful completion of GED test. Proficient interpersonal relations. Effective organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.  Previous care giving or elder care experience is preferred.
