• North on US31/I96 past the Saugatuck exits, and south of Holland
• Bear left to remain on US31 when 196 splits off to the right
• Continue to travel North on US1 for 3.8 miles to the second stoplight
• Turn left (North) at Lincoln Avenue/ M-40
• Resthaven At Home’s office is .4 miles on your left, just past E. 34th Street

• South on 196 approximately 25 miles from downtown Grand Rapids
• Take Exit 52 to Adams Street/16th Street to the stop sign at the end of the exit ramp
• Turn Right (West) onto Adams Street/16th Street
• Travel 1.2 miles on Adams Street/16th Street to the second stop light
• Turn Left (South) onto Country Club Road
• Travel approximately 1 mile to the stop sign
• Turn right (West) onto 32nd Street/ E. Ottogan St.
• Travel 2 miles through the stoplight at US31 (4 lanes of traffic)
• Turn left (South) on Lincoln Avenue at the next stoplight after crossing US31
• Resthaven At Home’s office is .1 mile on your right just before E. 34th Street
