Becoming A Resident at Maple Woods

We encourage you to visit and meet the Maple Woods family.  Our Resident Services Associate Judy Sprik, or our Resident Service Manager Peg Yokom, will welcome you with an informal tour and will encourage you to share your hopes and dreams for a new home. 

You are invited to join us for dinner and to attend any of our special events.  We encourage you to bring your friends and family to visit, as well.  You’ll met an extraordinary group of residents, employees, and volunteers…and will probably have made many new friends and may even become reacquainted with some old friends.

Once you decide that Maple Woods is just right for you, becoming a resident is simple:

1. Inform Judy Sprik or Peg Yokom of your decision.

2. Our Community Care Nurse will make an appointment with you to be certain that Maple Woods meets your needs.

3. Visit your doctor for a chest x-ray and a physical.

4. You move in and join the Resthaven family!

Maple Woods Resident Services Associate Judy Sprik will be with you every step of the way…and you’ll make a great new friend in the process.
