Your Needs Come First
To begin, a highly trained nurse with a gentle smile will visit you in your home to learn about your needs. The two of you will assemble a Plan of Care — just like they do at any Assisted Living facility.
Your Plan of Care could include nursing, therapy, help with personal care, homemaking assistance, medication preparation, shopping help, recreational outings, or any number of services that will vastly improve your quality of life.
Our Nurse Takes Care of Everything
Once you’ve approved your Plan of Care, you don’t have to do anything else! We’ll even check with your insurance to see which, if any, part of your Plan of Care is covered.
Resthaven At Home Manages it All
Our nurse will check in with you regularly to be certain that things are going well. She’ll be sure that those serving you are on time, that they are well trained, that they are matched to your personality, and that they have the kind of attitude that quietly says “Blessings on your day!”
