Your Needs Come First
To begin, a highly trained nurse with a gentle smile will visit you in your home to learn about your needs. After reviewing your health, medications, social opportunities, and home situation, the two of you will assemble a Plan of Care— just like they do at any Assisted Living facility.
Your Plan of Care could include nursing, therapy, help with personal care, homemaking assistance, medication preparation, shopping help, recreational outings, or any number of services that will vastly improve your quality of life.
Our Nurse Takes Care of Everything
Once you’ve approved your Plan of Care, you don’t have to do anything else! We’ll even check with your insurance to see which, if any, part of your Plan of Care is covered.
For example, depending upon what you need, our nurse may call your doctor, arrange for someone to do your grocery shopping, schedule a Home Assistant to help with your grooming, order automated Lifeline services, or set up time for a physical therapist to visit you.
There are hundreds of different services that we can provide to give you peace of mind.
