Resthaven’s Leaders Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Resthaven and for planning for future needs, Resthaven’s leaders are held to the highest standards of management, transparency, and stewardship. Management of Resthaven—an operation that holds the health and well-being of approximately 350 employees and 1,200 Elders, 24 hours each day, 365 days each year—is a responsibility and a privilege taken with equal measures of joy, dedication, and prayer. All Resthaven leaders and staff members have as their main purpose to help our residents and clients maintain or regain the highest possible level of independence, health, and security. To do this, we honor the role of each employee, whether it is providing health care, preparing and serving food, keeping our communities clean and well maintained, or through administrative actions. Because Resthaven values people, as we are all God’s children created in His image, our community values servant leadership as we all work together to make the Mission, Vision, and Values of Resthaven a daily reality. |
